Bonjour,
Je souhaite passer mon compte Spotify Premium en Spotify Famille mais quand je suis sur la page d'inscription, il m'affiche :
"Votre abonnement est associé à notre partenaire Bouygues Telecom. Merci de vous adresser à Bouygues Telecom pour toute question concernant votre abonnement."
J'ai contacté Bouygues Telecom mais ils ne peuvent rien faire car ma ligne a été résiliée depuis (en décembre dernier).
Pour faire simple, je bénéficie donc d'un compte Spotify Premium gratuitement 😉
Comment faire donc pour annuler cet abonnement lié à Bouygues sans ouvrir un autre compte ?

You can’t pay for Premium Family by mobile or with another company, therefore, if your current Premium plan is associated with one of our partners, you first need to cancel with them and wait for your current Premium to end.
Once your account is back on Free, you can head here to sign up for Premium Family.
You can track all this on your account page, under Your plan. For full info on Premium Family you can check out this support page.

You might still have Premium time left with your partner subscription. Did you get a confirmation about the deactivation of the Premium add-on from Bouygues?
