"Card is from a country where there is no spotify"

"Card is from a country where there is no spotify"

I've been trying to go premium for a week now, using two different cards and using a desktop computer and my mobile phone. It says that Spotify has not launched yet in my country, (Argentina) and that I should use a card that is where Spotify is present in the market. However, I am certain that Spotify is in Argentina due to news from 2014, and from my friends paying for a subscription. I've already tried for a week, both in desktop and mobile, and incognito mode, with no luck. My account is set to be in Argentina, and I'm certain that the card can do online purchases. What problem could there be?

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
