My Question or Issue

Hello, 

I have been experiencing issues with my music pausing whenever I try to play it. This is occuring on both my macbook and my iphone as well as my Windows PC.

I have tried the following solutions with no improvement:

- deleting and reinstalling (including clean reinstall)

- changing password

- removing app access and facebook log in

- completely closing the app and opening as well as closing all other apps 

- signing out of all devices 

- restarting device 

- update ios, app etc. 

- clearing download data

- clear cache

I have tried deleting the file but it still doesn't work.

 

- same issues on the web player

- no issues if logging into a different account on the same devices

 

I suspect it is a data issue assoicated with my account, any solutions to this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Just adding on:

- same issues on the web player

- if i log into another account on the same devices, the issue does not occur

Thanks for posting in the Community and the extensive troubleshooting you've tried.

 

If you've isolated the behavior to your account, it'd be best to contact our customer support directly so they can assist you in the creation of a new account and the transfer of your music collection to it. Here is how to reach out to them.
