3 month .99 subscription

Hello, 

I've tried upgrading my account to the .99 deal for 3 months, however, its saying that I have already a similar deal. When I log into spotify the ads still come and I am not able to play songs offline.

Have you signed up for a similar deal before? We're afraid that this offer is only available to new users or those who haven't paid for Premium yet.

If your account is still on the Free service, it's likely that the payment didn't go through. Did you get a receipt from us after signing up?
