Account Not Upgrading to Premium

Hey, Dan here. i just entered my gift card code into the redeem section of spotify to get one month of premium service. i then recieved the email reciept and order ID from this event. but on my overview in my account it says i am still only a free user, and my iphone wont let me stream music straight to it. can anyone help? i can provide screen shots, or the ID number or forward the email to a moderator if need be. Please help! thanks

Hello!

If you received an email with the receipt and it said it was successfully redeemed, and you are still not getting Premium, you should contact Spotify directly here. If you get an automated reply, just reply directly to that email and you should get a response back soon 🙂

Hello!

If you received an email with the receipt and it said it was successfully redeemed, and you are still not getting Premium, you should contact Spotify directly here. If you get an automated reply, just reply directly to that email and you should get a response back soon 🙂

thank you very much i  will contact them. thank you for your help! Have a wonderful night/day! 

The premium upgrade has upgraded on my laptop, but my phone wont let me select any song I want like on my laptop... Please help me out

@pbittner_5 - Have you definitely upgraded to Premium not unlimited? Double check your subscription status on your online overview.

Hello.  I have been having issues login in to Spotify Premium.  I have been paying a monthly fee of $9.99 in order to receive the services; however, it does not work.  This has become a hastle to try and log in with no success!  At this point I would like to cancel the subscription to Spotify Premium.  Please reply at your earliest convenience with the proper steps in order to cancel this subscription.  I have tried doing a clean installation on my mac and iphone with no success.  Please help!

@gotsand285 - Is your account showing as premium on your online overview? I'm also just going to hide that email address to stop you from getting any spam.

 

If it is showing as premium then you should be good to go! Sometimes a quick log out and back in again is needed. If you are still having issues, try a clean reinstallation of the application. 

 

If your account is still showing as free then you have not logged into the account you have upgraded. Double check your details, its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details. If you can't find your account, don't subscribe again as you might be billed twice, instead get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand.

 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I already received receipt for premium trial but status still shows free. It*s been about 24h already. what can I do?
