Account hacked

There's an Android phone that keeps over-ruling my Spotify account and playing different music. I have to change the device back to my computer and find the song I was listening to again. I've never had an Android phone and I don't share my account with anyone.

I've tried signing out everywhere, changing my password, deleting all devices, reading through the forums (sorry if I've missed something) and I've even filled out a contact form to get help on this. Customer Support said it was because I had a free acount in addition to my Premium account, and so they deleted my free account. But I'm still having the same problem!

I don't know what else to do. Any help?
