My Question or Issue

Today i just got logged out from my account on mobile and on desktop. When i tried to connect with my username it logged me in for a second but the app bugged around. After several tries and a restart of my phone i couldnt connect with my username anymore. It said that there's no account under that name. I now ended up using my Email address, but it's not the same account i had before. Its under a different name and my playlists are gone. In addition to that i lost my premium.

Does someone has an idea?
