My Question or Issue
I turned 3 months free premium on my account. But then it ended up and I needed to change my payment card. So I went to the web version of spotify and chose quick login from iPhone prompts with saved accounts. But but I didn’t notice that I logged into my old empty account. I payed for premium on this old account and then I realized, that it was wrong one. After which, I tried to log into my main account using the email that was linked to it. But apparently this mail was also linked to my old empty account, and therefore I was only able to log into the old one. I tried all my emails, but I could only log in to my old account. And my main account is very important to me, since I work as a choreographer, all the important songs from my performances are saved there and it will be very sad to me to loose access to it( My main account is called: "yana umri" and my username is "31m76ej4aq2dcprhxmcgynrwkpvi-3" maybe it will be helpful for you. I tried to log in using my username, but my password which I used is wrong and and the email to change my password does not arrive in any of my emails. 
I will be very glad if you can help me with this problem. Thank you in advance.

Sorry to hear you're facing issues with your accounts, but don't worry, we're here to help you...

In this specific case, the best approach would be to contact Spotify Customer Support team, for in-depth assistance with this issue. You can get in touch with them by choosing the best method for you here.

Just for your information, they typically reply within 24-48 hours by email. Still, you can also tweet to @SpotifyCares on X, message Spotify Cares on Facebook, or even get assistance via live chat, if available in your country.

 

They will be able to help you on retrieving your main account and on migrating your remaining Premium time from one account to another, if possible.
