My Question or IsIssue my account dosnt exist but im paying for is and its been like five months now that i cant use it att all and I can search for it and its there but when I try to log in it says it dosnt exist so what do i do?

Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us here!

Could you share with me a screenshot of what you see when you try to log into your account, please? Also, could you share the username, so I can double-check here if I can find your account, through my own Spotify account? Last, but not least, have you already tried to log into your account using another device? What is the result?

 

Any further information you have would be useful.

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

The user name is (snip - moderator edit) but when I try to screenshot it says that the app dosnt support it and I cant understand why.

I have tried my phone my laptop and my pc and still nothing and The website doesnt help much with my problem.
