Available offline

I've had spotify for awhile but I just changed my password and somehow I can't save music offline. I tap available offline and it goes green then immediately grey it won't stay green. In account overview it says now offline deviceso but I knew for a fact all my songs were green and available to play offline before this password change. Help!
