Can I cancel Premium and get a refund for the current period?

Hello,

I guess a few months back I took a free trial for spotify primium and completely forgot about it. Today I got a notification on my phone notifiying me that I was charged $10. I don't use this service at all and I wish to get a full refund. I've already cancelled my subscription.

How can I go about getting my refund? I've already submitted a request to Spotify's payment team but I haven't received a answer in the past 24 hours and yes, I did reply to the email they sent me.
