Can't listen to podcast or see the Canvas

My Question or Issue

Basically what the title says. I can't find or list to any podcast on Spotify or even see any Canvas (video on a song). I could listen to podcast or even see the Canvas a time back, like in 2019, but now I just can't and it's been like this for years.

I once contacted with the Support via Twitter and they told me it was a region problem. But I have a friend that bought the premium a few months back and he has every feature allowed, and another friend who bought premium this past week and also have every feature, but not me. Any solution with this? I find it bad since I am paying the same price as them but I don't get all the features for this, doesn't makes sense.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community.

We can confirm that podcasts and Canvas are not officially available in Venezuela now, so that's why you're having trouble. We hope to have them available soon, but I'm afraid we don't have a timeline for this we can share. 

It's possible that your friends are using a VPN or some other service and their accounts are not registered in Venezuela. 

We don't recommend using VPN as that goes against the terms of use of Spotify.
