Can't login and someone's been using my account.

Changed the password, logged everybody out, and read the read first thread. So went to sign in using my account, worked on the website but on the app it says I need to sign in through Facebook. I have yet to put a Facebook account on my spotify. Assuming I'm going to need some support assistance?
Edit: am now able to log in, however the remove Facebook option doesn't seem to be in the social tab for me. So I can't remove whoever this person is.

It's a little disappointing as a paying customer that someone else has been using my account without my permission and I have not heard a thing from you guys.
