Can't login to account

My Question or Issue

I updated my email several years ago, and now a linked card has expired it's asking to update online. However, Spotify is now showing only my old email from a decade ago and unfortunately, I closed down that account as it was part of several security breaches, yahoo, etc. For years I was able to login through Facebook and now it's saying there is no trace of that either. Hoping there is a solution to access and update without having to lose 14+ years of content.

Thanks for reaching out. I'll try to help you solve this.

If you still know your password, you can log in with the email address and update it from your Spotify account page or from Account settings in the Spotify app.

However, if you don't know your password, or can't log in with it, I'd recommend checking out this FAQ. Especially the sections What if I signed up with Facebook but have deactivated my Facebook account? and I forgot my password! might be helpful in your case.
