I also wish to cancel my premium subscription, but when I follow the instructions there are no options to modify payments or subscription, simply a message stating I am on a premium subscription.

I have tried on all devices, logging in & out all to no avail

If you subscribed through; a another company other than Spotify, you need to contact that company to cancel. If your subscription is through iTunes, click on the link below.
