My Question or Issue

I have a premium account and I want to cancel it. But every time I go to the site it seems like a have a free account ant and I can’t make the cancellation

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Spotify community.

 

I can imagine how frustrating it is not being able to cancel your subscription.

You might have two different Spotify accounts, one subscribed to individual Premium and the other one Free. Could you think of any other email addresses or log in methods you could've used to create an account (e.g. Facebook, Apple, phone number)?

You can try logging in with those alternative details and check your plan profile to confirm the subscription.

 

If you're able to find a separated individual Premium account, here are the steps to cancel Premium plans.
