Cant change my country

I changed mu country to US . But now i want to change it back to my original country (mexico) because here in mexico i bought a gift card , i catn redeem it because my account its from US but when i try to change the country the options appears in gray,..... Heeeelpppnmeee pla

Hi, im having the same issue as well. 

I'm in Malaysia but I signed up when i was connected to my company's internet and it automatically set me as USA based.

I can't go premium too as it says to enter a valid postal code.

Please help

Hi there I got my issue fixed. If you email them about your problem they will send you a generic "no reply" email but respond to that with your situation and they should fix it for you. Good luck!
