Change country, buy Premium

Greetings!

I tried contacting support directly but they seem to ignore me...

It was several years since I used Spotify. Now I'm leaving in a different country. When I try to change country settings only one option is available - Netherlands, and I need it to be Ukraine. I also waited over a week to be sure (I read somewhere that Spotify needs about a week to geolocate your new IP). Spotify Client also says that my current country does not much with one set in my profile and to continue I should change it, which I can't, for some reason.

I know that Ukraine is not yet supported by Spotify so I wanted to purchase Spotify Premium, but with no luck either. When I confirm my payment with PayPal I get redirected back to Spotify with a blank page presented to me. No confirmation, no error, nothing. Funds are not withdrawn either, luckily.

I really need help with this.

Hey @Cosmiam,

Unfortunately, you won't be able to change your account's country to Ukraine because Spotify is not available in the country at the moment.

I don't think that you'll be able to subscribe to Spotify Premium using your Paypal account while being in Ukraine.. 😞
