Changed country now cannot add my fiance to my spotify family

Hello, 

 

I recently moved to switzerland and now changed my account info to from NL  Switzerland.

 

My russian fiance moved here to switzerland also, i would like to add her to my spotify family. I cant add her to my account because my account thinks iam in the netherlands and she is in switzerland   ( I Think ) 

 

Iam paying for premium family now so  Please help me sort this out.

Hey @Timvanbuitenen,

 

Have you updated your payment method to a Swiss payment method? If so, the new payment method and country settings will be in effect from your next payment date.

You know what this is really starting to **bleep** me off. i appreciate the effort of you answering my question but i think its completely unacceptable that spotify is so lax with customer service.

I see this problem happening a lot on the community here. Iam telling you spotify, you are dropping the ball big time. Customer service is the core of every succesfull business .

How much effort is it to put a little click on my account instead of making me wait for a month.
