College discount didn't work still got charged.

College discount didn't work still got charged.

I was attempting to get the college discount with no avail. Of course being me, I try to see if my sister's identity works and it doesn't either. Now I've been charged 3 times by Spotify for nothing. I'm still on Spotify free and I've already contacted them and its been awhile with no response so this is my next choice. If there's anyway to get them to respond and help me out, it'd be great.

You're going to need to contact Spotify.

 

You can't always get help from the Spotify help page or community, and Spotify knows that.

The case # is 03470117. Thank you for your help.

Same exact problem I got charged 3 times but I still have the Spotify free.. What can I do to get my money back!?
