Double Account Bug

Hi

I removed spotify from my facebook , after logging back in ALL my playlist and my premium subscription  were gone from my PC and my android phone! I have tried to log in to the old account with no results (it says im using wrong password...)It seems facebook created another account in my name therefore made it unable to log in to the old account .

Can anyone assist me with this matter ?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

The Spotify app which is part of your Facebook acts as the bridge between your Facebook login details and your Spotify account, so the link between the two becomes broken if you remove Spotify from Facebook hence why you get a new account when you login. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get your old account restored to your login details. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

i have the same problem...sent them an email..let me know what happened with ur issue
