Double Charged

Double Charged

After going through my bank and credit card accounts I found that Spotify is charging my credit card and my checking account $13.07 each, monthly.  My credit card is charged at the beginning of the month and my checking account is charged at the end of the month.  I put in a stop payment order for the credit card and I am disputing all of the transactions on the same card.  It would be nice if I could converse with a human about this issue.

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Sorry to hear you've been double-charged. Sounds like you might have multiple Spotify accounts that are on Premium. I'd recommend checking out this article for more info on how to proceed. 

 

To cancel a subscription, just follow the steps here.

 

Hope you get this sorted out. The Community's just a post away if something else comes up in the meantime.
