My Question or Issue

I've paid for an upgrade from Premium to Duo.

I'm trying to set up an account for my wife so that she can play her own stuff as my Duo partner. However, I keep getting a message saying that the device appears to be connected to a proxy or VPN service which needs to be closed. This message is coming up whichever device I use, including the ones on which my Spotify account works just fine.

This is driving me nuts - I haven't a clue what to do to close whatever these VPN or proxy settings are, I can't use the Duo subscription I've paid for - help, please!!

Hey @teedeeaitch, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Do you have a VPN enabled, or is it sending you that message even when the VPN is turned off? If you're not sure how to turn off a VPN, let me know the make and model of your device, and I'll show you the steps on how to do that.

Also, if a VPN is enabled on the device and you're facing unexpected behavior with the app, I won't be able to suggest anything until the VPN is turned off.

Keep me posted.
