Empty homepage

OPERATING SYSTEM: ANDROID 7 NOUGAT

PROBLEM: 

MY SPOTIFY APP HAS EMPTY HOMEPAGE WHENEVER I OPEN THE APP

I TRIED UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL

BUT SEEMS ITS NOT WORKING

NO RECENT PLAY 

NO RECOMMENDATIONs

Hey @Rahul_jarvis, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try restarting the device? If that doesn't help, could you try a different internet connection? Also, make sure Offline Mode is set to OFF by going to Home in the Spotify app > Settings > Playback > Offline set to OFF.

• Restarting but it doesn't work
• I tried different internet connection still nothing

• And I tried it with different account it's working fine but this premium account is not
• Spotify lite is working fine with no issue

Since it's working with a different account, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support who can help transfer your content to the new account.
