Error in buying subscription

In December in Argentina was a promotion for the premium package for 3 months just $ 9 ( Argentina currency) , but I have already generated in my credit cardnormal subscription premium collection from February ($36). As I can make a claim for this error ?? 

En Diciembre en Argentina habia una promocion para obtener el paquete premium por 3 meses a tan solo $9 (moneda argentina), pero ya me han generado en mi tarjeta de credito el cobro normal de suscripcion premium a partir de Febrero ($36). Como puedo realizar un reclamo por este error???
