From free to Premium with Base Check 25

Hello evrybody!

 

I use spotify Premium for 5 months now and i'm very happy.

Recently, I heard a premium account was included for a mobile subscription. It's an operator in Belgium (Base, one of the most known here).

I wanted to know how you activate it, because, i'm supposed te get a message from Base with an activation code, but never received it.

I tried to contact them but got no response from now.

Does anyone have this subscription? How did you do with it?

According to the help pages, you need to activate your subscription on Base's systems so you will need to get in touch with them I'm afraid:

I already clicked that link, and it's a 404 error, i think i am going to wait from Base and see...

Anyway, i keep in touch 😉

In fact, i received the code by text message a few hours after the activation of my Base Account.

I recently have a BASE CHECK 25 with free Spotify.

But i got a problem activating it.

i 've got the code by sms from base but when i type it in

it tells me that this code is already registered.

What seems to be the problem???

Please help !!

 

Have you tried getting in touch with BASE support? As far as I know the codes are part of their systems not Spotify's, if that is the case then they need to fix it for you.

Hi,

yess i did get in touch with Base support.

They told me that i already got a code from them so i have to contact Spotify to help me.

they only provide the code and cant do nothing to check in spotify's system.

is it possible for spotify support to checkt out the problem with  the code?

You can most certainly ask them! You can contact Spotify support directly using the online contact form.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
