I can't use my premium code

Hi, I got given a prepaid spotify premium code but i cannot use it. It was prepaid for in the US, does that mean I cannot use it in the UK? It won't let me redeem it, i'm guessing it's because it was prepaid for in the US and I live in the UK???????? If anyone knows the answer, please reply asap.

Hi caitlin, from what I'm finding looking around, I do believe the issue is, as you suspect, because you are in the UK trying to use a US pre-paid card. Unfortunately, I do not have a solution for you, and I am not aware of one, so what I would recommend, is getting in touch with support and seeing if they might be able to help you. Note that if you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it is from a no reply address) and support will get back to you as soon as possible.
