I cancelled premium long ago but can now see It's still active and I've been charged for many months

I cancelled premium long ago but can now see It's still active and I've been charged for many months

So I signed up for Premium and enjoyed it until I decided to cancel my subscription about 3 months ago. Without checking my bankstatement I assumed this was the case. I then recently got an email saying my payment has failed (I moved coutry and emptied my Australian account connected to Spotify). WHAT?! I've been paying for Premium for 2-3 months while being convinced I cancelled it!? I've now cancelled it (again) but is there anyway to get the 3 months of payment back?

Here are the steps you should follow to hopefully get you on your way:

 

  1. Go to the Spotify Contact Form
  2. Click "Subscription", then click "Cancelled my subscription, but was still charged", then click "I still need help"
  3. Complete the form and submit it

If you get an auto-reply back from Spotify telling you to come to this community for help, reply directly to that message and a real person will actually get back to you within 24 hours (even if the email appears as a no-reply address).  If you explain the situation, they will hopefully issue the refund you deserve.
