I got charged even though I cancelled my subscription

Hello,

So I used the one month free trial and it ended yesterday (09/12/2015) I thought that I cancelled my subscription but apparently I did not do it correctly or something like that. Anyways apparently I did not unsubscribe. Now I was being charged 9.99€ however I know that I am not going to use it, so is there anyway that I could get my money back somehow and otherwise my dad is going to kill me because I used my dad's credit card. So I would be extremely helpful for any help otherwise I just wasted 10 euros. Btw I already wrote an email to the support thing but they need like days to respond and the chance of getting my money back will probbaly decrease within everyday.
