Issues with old account and new account PayPal Subscription

I've tried to find information on this but can't really seem to find anything in this specific situation.

I had a paypal account hooked up to my old facebook account. All is well. Until I decided to delete the facebook account, ontop of this, I made a new facebook account and tried to setup spotify on it. The paypal premium was cancelled on my old account (through paypals site) so I went over to add a subscription to my new facebook account and nothing happens. I login and click subscribe, then nothing. No premium, wasn't charged, no 30-trial nothing. Not even an error message. So as you can see I'd assume it has to do with having the paypal account already setup to another account. I tried to login to my old account and hopefully find a way to remove the subscription or any paypal links... and because it was only used through facebook I can't login to it...

So yeah need help please.
