I’ve been using Spotify since the beginning and recently encountered an issue logging into my account. I have suddenly been logged out of all of my devices.Unfortunately, I’ve forgotten the email address I used when signing up, and that email has been discontinued for  more than 15 years. I also don’t remember the password. However, I do remember my username, but when I try to reset my password, the reset email is sent to the old, inaccessible email address.

To make things more complicated, I am currently paying for a Duo membership and need to regain access to my account as soon as possible.

It's always important to make sure your accounts are associated with email addresses you have access to, otherwise, issues like this can occur.
