My Question or Issue

I used to listen to music well with premium pricing plan, but I was logged out of the Spotify app yesterday
I couldn't remember what I signed up for, so I tried to log in in in a variety of ways.

 

1) Log in with Gmail-> It's the only route I could logged in, but it says I have no music record so far. And I don't even get a payment record.

2) Mail (Naver)-> It says there is a subscription to my Naver mail, but if you go into the off-duty search window, there is no subscription to my Naver mail. (?)??

3) Apple, Facebook -> No membership information


I was using a 3 month promotion and I'm suddenly logged out and I can't even find my original account and I'm frustrated for a long time. Please help..

Hey @Iwantto_listen 

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

 

Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.


You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
