You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get your content moved over to your new account.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

do you have any idea how long it normally takes to transfer playlists from account to account, a rep said she could and would move them, and i repsonded with my account info, but i have heard anything in 3 hours and i still have the same playlist, does it just takeawhile? All her other emails were very quick.
