Need to delete old facebook premium account

Hi there,

I need to find out how to delete my old facebook account - linked to daninarvaez@hotmail.com.

I had endless issues logging in, but i now can't seem to get in in order to deactive.

Also, i've now created a new premium account so there is no point having two.

I've got a spotify used ID to provide if that helps.

Please contact me in order to deactivate one of my unused accounts.

Hi @mrdaninarvaez thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

You can cancel your subscription using this cancellation form but if you're struggling to get logged in in the first place that might be tricky! Would you be able to dig through any of your Spotify Premium receipts in your email or texts? You should be able to find a username on the receipt, which for a facebook account will be a 10 digit number. If you can find that you should be able to get logged in to close the old account (although you wont be able to unlink the facebook and Spotify account as they're permanently attached)

Thanks for the suggestion.
I do have the 10 digit User ID (Username), but can’t seem to enter the correct PW (which has always been my FB password).

I’m in a bit of an odd situation with no proper way to get a solution as i’m definitely not changing my Facebook PW as there is nothing wrong with it.

OK that's a great start although my next suggestion probably would have been change the facebook password to see if that helps. You'll only know if it is or isn't the problem by doing that one unfortunately! If all else fails you can still use the contact form to get in touch with Spotify Care.
