Playlists gone

Hi there,

I'm a subscriber to Spotify Premium since about three years now. The paying is done via my phone provider, "Deutsche Telekom". I never had any isseues till about three weeks ago. Since then it happened to me three times that all my playlists were gone. I did not delete them by accident nor did I log in to a empty account as suggestet in the FAQ.The good thing is, I was able to recover them via the website without big effort (at least my custom ones, unfortunately not the followed ones), but it's still not what I was used to. I already tried signing off all registered clients and changing the password but today it happened again.

I am using an iPhone 6 with iOS 9.2 and Spotify 4.6.0.1466.

Any suggestions?
