I've been trying to cancle my Subscription for 3 months now, but you keep on Chargin me...

Can you stop it, its kinda stupid already and i'm trying to save some money and Cancle what i dont even use anymore....

Hello Plagsom, when you canceled your premium subscriptions did you get a confirmation email by chance? If not, then you never actually completed the cancellation process. Go ahead and log in to your Subscription Page and try canceling again, and make sure you complete the entire process. If you were successful you should get a confirmation email shortly after finishing. 

 

If you have gotten the confirmation email, and you're still getting charged, the most likely reason is that you've got a second account. Try logging into Spotify using details that may be for your second account, and canceling that subscription. If you can't figure out how to get into this second account, or are still unable to cancel, then I would recommend getting in touch with support. Note that if you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it is from a no reply address) and support will get back to you as soon as possible.
