Premium account headache

Premium account headache

I lost my iphone .. i got a replacement, did a backup and blablabla but when i am logging into my spotify account which should be premium,it says "free" .
Checked my linked email address on my bill from iTunes and still doesn't work ..
Help me please !

Hey @Pierreo,

 

Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are disabled at the moment so you won't be able to receive Spotify Premium via iTunes. You can still purchase Premium here: https://spotify.com/premium.

I am really novice to all of this and unfortunately i didn't really get it.

I already subscribed to a premium account.

Does this have anything to do with the settings on my new phone ?

It's not possible to purchase Spotify Premium via iTunes (In-App-Purchase) at the moment. You can view the payment methods available to you by following the instructions from this support article: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_options/payment-methods/
