Spotify Family and Country Change

Spotify Family and Country Change

Hello,

 

I have moved to Brazil from USA. I would like to joing as a member of spotify family of another user.

 

I already changed my current country in my account settings page, but I am still getting an error while trying to redeem the code sent to me.

They needed a day to fully update my profile to the new country. I have everything working now.

regarding the problem you had. 

did you want to join to plan for someone who was in brazil or usa? i'm in different country lte's say Country A and want to setup account with someone from Country B, but we both have Country B in our settings ...

Me and the account owner, we were both in the same country. The problem was that I moved from country A to country B. The account owner was in country B and my account was originally setup in country A.

To solve that I had to update my country settings. The spotify team took I guess one day to fully update my account settings.
