Spotify Subscription ends - what happens if I resubscribe

So I'm in Myanmar (Burma) and the wifi situation is very bad. I get about 0.5mbps which isn't enough to download all my songs again.

My subscription ended a few days ago so my question is:

If I resubscribe again, will I have to download all my songs again or will the offline playlists simply be activated again? 

I don't know if this is a reoccuring topic because my wifi connection isn't good enough to search through all the topics..

Good question, I believe that if you re-subscribe all your content will need to download again to be available offline again.
