Spotify keeps pausing by itself

My Question or Issue
All the devices used have experienced pausing problems. Literally played a song for 20 seconds and it paused by itself. I’ve changed my password, restarted my devices and reinstalled the app. Only started occurring on 27 December. Any help?

That's unfortunate. I've seen this happen a few times and sometimes just forcing all devices to log out helps.

Go to Spotify.com and log in. On the Account Overview page, scroll down and click the “Sign Out Everywhere” button.

This force signs you out of every instance of Spotify on all your devices.
