I haven't got any emails or anything for it to use the special just loads up on the web page with no Links i'm going on holiday, I need it by tomorrow if anyone can help

We've checked your account and seen that it wasn't elegible for the the offer at that time. Only accounts with subscriptions that were canceled before the 19th of Apr 2016 could get the promo.
