spotify hesabımın premiumu durduruldu

Öncelikle merhabalar. Spotify da Aile için Premium kullanıyordum ilk ödemeyi 2 haziran tarihinde yaptım(bkz: resim 2) ve malesef bugün hiçbir cihazımda premium olarak gözükmüyor. Hatta ne bende ne de diğer aile üyelerinde. 2 haziran tarihinde kesilmiş faturaya girince 28 mayısta ödenmiş gözüküyor(bkz: resim 1). Şimdiden yardımlarınız için teşekkürler.
