Hi guys, I'm new in this forum so I don't know if there's a topic like this. Three months ago I have activated premium, which expires today; so today I decided to cancel subscription but they renew premium for another month charging €9,99 on my debit card. I'd like to talk directly to assistance if only there's a phone number but I can't find it. How can I solve this problem?

Forgive me if there's any mistake in this message but english isn't my first language.

Hi @David9C7 thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

 

If you're looking to cancel your premium you can do so on this page. Spotify is a subscription based service so payments taken are automated but you could always try having a chat with Spotify Care, who you can reach through this contact form if you're looking to leave Premium early. 

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
