Trying to login with a university mail which is not exist now

Firstly this is not my main account. I can't login on my computer to main account. I was using Spotify with university mail . They was using Google for mail system then they changed it to Zimbra. It's still logged in my phone but now i don't now how to login again on phone (if logged out) and my computer etc. I am trying to login for 2 weeks when i try new mail address it's saying ''This email adress or username is not linked to a Spotify account'' so i'm trying to login with Google again  and its directing me to university's  interface, i writing my username and password and trying to login but i'm facing with ''Google Workspace- Server Error''.  Could you help me please?

If perhaps you have any alternate login methods on your account - Facebook, Google, Apple and such - you can still use those to log in. If not, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further.
