Unidays discount not working!

I am trying to redeem my Unidays discount but for the past few days it has been says 'Not currently available. Please try again later'.

Anyone else having trouble?

Yes I am and I have had a premium account for a couple years now. Earlier this week i realise i had been downgraded to a Free account. could you help me with this too as this seemed to happen over night.

If you get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get up and running again. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
