Want to cancel Spotify Premium Subscription Through iTunes.

I accidentally subscribed through iTunes and would like to cancel it but it won't let me. It is my first time subscribing. I want to subscribe through Spotify.

 

 

I went to the Subscription & Payment section but I don't see a Cancel Subscription button. Also when I try to Update Details for payment, the page just refreshes when I click the button.

 

Please help me figure out how to fix this problem.

Hello: I believe you have to go to the iTunes store in order to cancel the spotify permium that your ordered from the iTunes store and cancel that way and then you can subscribe through the spotify website.

Hello: I believe you have to go to the iTunes store in order to cancel the spotify permium that your ordered from the iTunes store and cancel that way and then you can subscribe through the spotify website.

I canceled it on iTunes but my Spotify account still shows Premium. I want to sign up for Premium through Spotify website. What should I do?

There are two things you can do one wait until the current premium runs out as you have already paid for it. When you are back to a free user, you can then just sign back up again for premium through the Spotify account signin page here https://www.spotify.com/login/?forward_url=%2Fus%2Faccount%2Foverview%2F. The second option you can also try and add additional months of premium using Spotify service cards, Spotify ecards, and/or just add a payment method and the system should just pick right up and continue onwards on your renewal date. If that does not happen you can always contact CS at this url https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact and fill out the contact form. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community boards reply back to that email, even if it is from a noreply and a customer support rep will get with you shortly. And they should be able to help you, should there be any payment issues, or getting your Spotify service cards and/or ecards to add into your premium account accurately.

I have two account, one via Spotify: with user and password and another one via Facebook ( I accidentaly got the Spotify Premium on this one and I want to cancel the subscription and the account). Do I have to go to the Apple store and ask them  to do this for me?

To cancel your subscription, you need to sign into this page:

 

https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/

 

 

If you don't see a cancel option,

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

I have done all the steps and nothing, also contacted Spotify and Apple and they don't help me, they ask me to contact the other one

 

 

I don't see a cancel option on spotify link and I have contacted support and they don't help me at all, any other way?

Don’t understand why their isn’t a customer service representatives number so you could Actually talk to someone
