Xbox promo code I haven’t gotten yet

I recently signed up to Xbox ultimate game pass to take advantage of the Free premium music from Spotify for six months yet I haven’t received my code yet. I signed up in October 25th yet I haven’t gotten my code or a link. I tried contacting x box but they were no help. Can someone please help me?

Actually, if you didn't get your code yet, we cannot do anything yet. You really need to contact the Xbox Customer Support to get help with it. However, if you are having any kind of issue to redeem code on Spotify, you can contact us here on Community any time to be supported.
