Artist radio doesn't work

My Question or Issue

I can't play any artist radio on my phone (both android and iphone) - "playlist not found" appears. On my desktop app everything works.

I tried to reinstall spotify on both my phones with no success.

Apologies for the delayed reply, we've just come across this thread.

If you're still having this issue we recommend trying a clean reinstall of the app. This is different than a normal reinstallation. You can check out this guide for the device relevant steps.

If the issue persists after that could you tell us if it only happens on certain artist Radios or on every one you've tried.

Hi Alex,

I've already managed to resolve the issue with support in twitter. The solution was to delete my account and to create a new one with the same email. Support team helped me to transfer all data between old and new accounts.
