"Something went wrong" error on desktop app and web player for Turkish users

We're receiving reports from users in Turkey that they’re encountering an error on the desktop app and web player.

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this issue.

We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed for everyone! Just make sure you're not using a VPN and your app is updated to the latest version.

My Question or Issue

Hey everyone I am also in trouble with this "Something went wrong" error on my windows PC and I tried clean installing, installing from Microsoft Store, installing from Spotify website everything I can think of and still have the same error. I cant go to my settings playlists or anything . This thing doesnt appear and limit my use on mobile app so I think it is Windows only I hope you guys can help me asap. Thanks already. (The image attached says "Something went wrong try reloading the page" in Turkish"

resetting data and any other solution i have seen on internet don't work. it is driving me mad. because of this issue, i am thinking about transferring to apple music and not using this app which consist of endless issues. living in Turkey, windows 11.

i have the same issue, it's been like this all day, the app works perfectly fine on mobile tho

I have the same issue, same page come out on my spotify app. I've tried several times to delete the app redownload it. But it didn't solve anything. I'm using macOS Sonoma. Also from Turkey.

I am having the same issue on MacOS. I have an account based in Turkey; however, I am not currently in Turkey, still having the issue for two days.

if u reading this just click 3dots at the top left "Sol Üst" and then select help "Yardım" then select troubleshooting "Sorun Giderme" then select restart app and reset app data "Uygulama verilerini sıfırla ve yeniden başlat" wait for 10-15 second and its done.
