Pioneer XW series Not stream to Spotify connect anymore

Hi Folks

 I have two Pioneer XW series and premium account on Spotify...I was happy using spotify for music streaming to my pioneer A4s 

Since last week. I can't connect to both of them, no matter how they are connected to the network..I still can see them in my device lists.

These are actions I took and still not working:

Changed my router,

restore to factory setting,

update firmwork, 

Connect with wifi or ethernet,

It's surprising that is works with itune 

But I am still not convience to migrate from Spotify...

Help! Any idea?

Could you let us know what device, Spotify version and operating system you're running?

I am using 1.0.36.124.g1cba1920 on windows 10.

I have used other devicses with windows 8 and even XP ...the problem still there.

I have also checked with android mobile

Have you tried a different WiFi network? Do you get the same issue?

We just released a new version of Spotify for desktop. Could you try reinstalling the app with these steps: https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/reinstallation-of-spotify/?
